Tracks ok.
Seems to track at the moment, after not tracking for months. Funny that. Now someone needs to investigate why eBay doesn't track and who is skimming off the cash for themselves.

Never tracks. Slow claims, always rejected.
Waste of time. I follow all the rules but purchases *never* track. I file claims for them and the retailer *always* declines with "not the final channel" or similar.
Should not be listed on TCB!

Never tracks
My claims never track and I always have to chase, it usually takes around 6 months for them to process missing claims which is just a joke.

Very unreliable tracking, manual claims usually fail too
Tracks less than 20% of the time for me, with tracking failures accross Firefox, Edge and Safari, all with adblock off or not installed. eBay and AliExpress for example track 100% of the time on the same setup.
Every time I think I've worked out what I've done differently the times it worked, I end up being wrong. Current theory is that it usually takes me more than an hour to put together an order, and maybe a shorter time from click-through to checkout is required, but I may turn out to be mistaken on this too.
Also the only major retailer to systematically reject multiple manual claims with no clear explanation as to why.

Poor tracking record
I have had to lodge a missing cash back claim several times with this retailer. Sometimes it tracks and sometimes it doesn’t and it is may be several weeks before I realise it hasn’t tracked. I don’t think I have had this problem with any other retailer I have used.

Online Shopping
I shop with Sainsburys online. Each time I access the website, TopCashback pops up asking to be included in the final order. Sainsburys is fairly constant with confirming the cash back, although it does take time.

Non existent cashback!
I order two online shops from Sainsbury's each week and EVERY time I go though Top cashback (for months and months). I've had ONE cashback given to me, and that was only because I complained. I've filed missing cashback claims on more than one occasion, with no joy.

Don't pay out
Dreadful merchant. I do my shopping with them fortnightly, but they never payout.
I lodged a missing cashback claim only for Sainsbury's to decline it. Apparently anything from not clearing your cookies to clicking to using a coupon will get Sainsbury's to decline the visit.
