Rarely tracks
Each week I do an online shop to Sainsbury's via topcashback and most weeks I have to raise a cashback claim even though Topcashback has 'recorded my visit'. This happens on both Safari and Chrome. Not sure whether the fault lies with Sainsburys or Topcashback.

Never tracks
Sainsburys never tracks and when you claim they always reject it as nine commisionable purchase. They should be kicked off topcashback.

Poor - Never tracks always have to raise claims
This seems to be the only retailer where cashback NEVER tracks and a claim has to be raised every time. Other retailers track automatically just fine so not an issue at my end and definitely an issue with Sainsburys. Their website is equally slow and clunky on whatever browser is used.

Shocking
Sainsbury's are shocking. It never tracks and if you raise a missing claim it gets rejected. I have to assume that someone is skimming the money for themselves which is why I no longer bother raising missing claims.

Rarely tracks
Cashback rarely track with Sainsbury’s, maybe 1 in 10? I always have to raise a claim, disappointing. I follow the steps an I gave even tried different web browsers and clearing cookies etc. Claims are usually paid out though.

I have a sizeable Sainsburys delivery each week and it has never shown automatically-each week i have to remember to Claim-ridiculous! I have raised a ticket with customer service as others get theirs no problem form this partner-but not once until i raise a claim! Sort it out!

Worked well
I ordered, collected, they gave me the dicsount as promised (£12 on a £60 order), usual decent quality stuff from Sbury - and I got cashback from TC. Happy! :-)

Cashback Never Tracks
I use Sainsbury's for grocery shopping every two weeks via Top Cashback. The purchases never track so I have to raise a missing cashback claim every time. I've had no problems with every other retailer I've used via Top Cashback. That said, Sainsbury's is a fab grocery retailer, it's just the cashback tracking that's an issue.

Never works for me
I don't think Sainsbury's cashback has worked for me once in the years I've been using TCB. I assume it's down to my antivirus or something, but it's the only site I've found that doesn't work, and since Sainsbury's don't support claims, I've kind of given up.

Rarely tracks and, even when it does, I have to raise a claim, only to be told it doesn't qualify as they say I went through a different channel. I didn't but there's no way to dispute this. I've given up trying now

Regularly fails to track
I have to submit a missing cashback claim almost every week, despite it saying it's recorded the visit. And then they turn some down, despite me shopping directly through the link from Topcashback.

Doesn’t track and they don’t pay if you submit a claim.
Ordered online. Didn’t use any coupons or vouchers - not even refund ones for off food received previously. It didn’t track and when a claim was put in they said “Another marketing channel was credited with the sale”. ??? Con. Look at all the recent ones being refused. I didn’t realise they were that hard up. 85p!!!

Too much hassle
I place a Sainsbury's order every week and the majority of them don't track meaning I have to put in claims. This is really not satisfactory

Awful - never get my cashback with Sainsburys
Never get my cashback with Sainsburys. It doesn't track most times, and has just become hassle to try and chase it up each time. Not a great experience, and Sainsbury's needs to buck up it's processes.

unreliable payments
We use either the laptop or mobile every week for Sainsburys delivery order. We always clear history and allow cookies. But it is very hit and miss whether the payments are made. Many are missing and we have to complete a separate claim each time. Then we have to wait months for confirmation and again, some work, some don't, and by then, there's nothing we can do as Topcashback just dismiss the claim saying they can't pay out something they don't receive, and Sainsburys only have to decline it, no matter what we say. There's nothing Topcashback seem to do be doing to fix this glitch and several friends have had the same issue. Very annoying as even though it's only £1-£1.80 each delivery, it all adds up.
