No complaints here, no problems with my order and delivery was quick. I wasn't sure whether to give the product 4 or 5 stars on the rating as the material is quite thin, but as the curtains were inexpensive (bought on sale and lined) and actually look nice, to be fair, I decided to go for the 5. Bought a pair for my sister in a different colour and she is pleased with them.

great product in insurance, i could have got cheaper insurance but have to say that this product was well above what i have come to expect. cashback was paid out in the time stated. also got £50 to spend in store and then last week got sent free key insurance. customer service was better than expected with an agent phoneing just to see if i was happy with things ,no sales pitch just seeing if i was happy. impressed.

This was the first time I claimed cashback and it didn't track. It was a bit of a hassle having to claim manually but on the plus side, when it happens again I will have nothing to fear having already been through the process.
No complaints about Sainsbury, they validated my claim and paid out pretty quickly once top cash back had submitted it.

Ordered toys which were excellent value in the half price sale recently and also got around 4% cash back which tracked quickly. Doubt I'll be switching my grocery shopping though, as that doesnt seem such a good deal.

Ordered 18 bottles of our favourite wine for xmas/new year as it was on special offer, however, only 8 of these were the correct ones ordered, with the remaining 10 bottles being a different type and brand! Returned these to the driver and trudged along to the local store and collected the ones I wanted instead! Order experience was quick and easy, delivery was fast, and refund was dealt with promptly. Just wish I had received whole order of wine I like, and not supplied with 'pot luck' instead!
