Used Sainsburys at Christmas time 2009. Didn't track and after 8 months it appears that they aren't going to pay out as it's gone somewhere else...something to do with using one of their promotions. What a rip off!!! Won't be using them again!!!!!

Sainsburys was very quick aknowledging my cashback earnings but a measly 50p is not very generous when one spends aroung £150 on a weekly shop.

Although I shop weekly with Sainsburys I have not received 1 penny of cash back. it says after months £25 pending.I don't even bother going through topcash back now

I use Sainsburys for my weekly shop so will always go through topcashback from now on. Would be nice if the rate was a little higher though, or free delivery was offered.

Sainsburys finance failed to track. I'm sick of being messed about - so will cancel the insurance and try elsewhere. When will it be possible to test all is ok with tracking BEFORE you buy.

Confusing this comment section. Here everything is "hunky-Dory", on the official Sainsbury's Groceries comment section, all is not well. How can it be "A1" and "avoid like the plague" both at the same time, with no cross reference to see the opposing views?
