Purchased insurance back in April from Sainsburys and was promised about £35 (i think!) It failed to track and months later, I am still waiting for my money.
Top cashback are now supposedly chasing my clain for me. I'm not impressed with the failure to track.

If I remember I use TCB every week when putting in my shopping order, all those 50p's add up! Would be nice if Sainsburys offered some free deliveries for all those orderes I make.

Purchase was quick and easy. Used the click and collect to get the cashback for an item of small furniture shelving which secured a promotional offer which we had just missed in the shop. Customer service very accommodating but as click and collect is relatively new to our local store it took a while for them to find where they had stored it lol:) Good service and better for having cashback!

tracked okay and became payable within 2 months, but quality of bedroom furniture was poor compared to what i paid for it. as for cashback got no complaints

Ordered Friday evening. Free delivery in 3-5 business days. Arrived Wednesday afternoon to my work address (so on the 3rd working day). Got emails informing me of progress all the way through. Cashback appeared in my account within hours of the transaction. Brilliant service and well done Sainsburys. This is doing business like it should be.

Cashback never tracked (for non-grocery order). Goods arrived with no problem but no cashback. dont count on the cashback with sainsburys goods. I'm not to upset since the items were at a good value for money price. maybe the grocery delivery is better at tracking cashback.
