"First shop online" cashback is now nearly 4 months later than estimated (yes I know it's an estimate :o) ) and repeat grocery shopping cashback is also slower than estimated. Wish the affiliates would get their finger out! Still loving TCB tho!

Sainsbury's not have been able to locate your queried transaction, based on the information that you have supplied (especially that in which you have provided as your main ‘Order number’).
Time must be hard when Sainsburys are unable to pay £0.50

Didn't track, never paid up despite prompting and nudges. Not tracking is fair enough. It happens to every store some time or another. Ignoring subsequent claims is rather poor though, and it's rather sullied my view of Sainsbury's Online.

Quick to track but still waiting for it to progress after several weeks - this appears to be quite normal for Sainsburys based on other feedback, and there seems to be a good chance of the cashback being reduced to zero or just never being paid if other experiences are anything to go by.

I have not received the correct cashback either in months. The balance seems to reduce all the time and takes months for it to finally become payable. Not what I expected at all.

DO NOT count on getting any cashback from Sainsbury's. Looking at the other reviews it would appear I am not alone. I have been waiting since 7th March and still not tracked.
Have recently purchased from Homebase also (owned by Sainsbury's I believe) and again nothing.
All other retailers have been fine, just these two that do not work.

Delivered as promised. All items were in stock and I was given the opportunity to request no substitutes if the items weren't in stock. Other supermarkets will sub in more expensive items if you're not careful. Will wait to see how pompt they are at paying up!
