I have had pretty much the same problem with my cash back as others here. Confirmed and then reverted to zero. Seems to me that they entice you in to shop on-line and then decline you after they have taken your money. Would definitely give this company a miss...

The cashback for Sainsbury's doesn't work. We shop here every week and the cashback tracks at a higher value (seems to give us the value assuming we are new customers) and then when it gets to confirmed/payable the values drop to Zero.
Very disappointing outcome as we don't get the £0.50 per transaction that the site offers.

Didn't receive the cashback stated from Sainsburys and they kept disappearing. The date also keeps changing all the time. Waste of time and effect!
