signed mid nov 09, est payable date was 31/12/09, others who signed at similar time got paid over a month ago, 1st week in jan, IM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BECOME PAYABLE. I asked TCB to contact client re: money, they didnt. All TCB said was to wait, theres nothing out of ordinary. I have been expecting it to become payable everyday and still am. WILL KEEP YOU POSTED!!!

does anyone know what happens when you switch to SP online? Do you have to notify your old providers or they do it for you? How do you pay for the dues to your previous provider? is this easy?

Tracked at £62.00 within 24 hours then reverted to £0. We are brand new customers so this should not have happened.
Manual claim going in - if not sorted then we will not be changing suppliers

Just recieved payment for order placed 26th Oct !!! So not speedy, but had fast & effective service from Scottish Power, think it was just problems with getting confirmation of meter readings from my previous supplier, so wouldnt be put off by the time delay. Scottish Power are going to want you to have actually started with them as a customer & at least payment plan set up before they release the money to topcashback, to ensure you don't just cancel after you've swapped to them (Makes sense). So recommend, but not as quick as transaction as some others may have received (but wouldn't put me off cos S.P seem to be effective & great deals at mo!!
