Cashback offered was equivalent to two months gas bill so hopefully it will be paid on time. Has been tracked but not yet confirmed however swithing suppliers takes some time and I'm expecting confirmation once supply starts

I have been with British Gas for a number of years with no complaints but they've become less competitive recently so I switched to Scottish Power on 6 Dec and already cashback is tracking. Hope this bodes well for their future service. I'll let you know!

Took a couple of days to track, received confirmation letter within the week. The disconcerning thing is that on completion of application SP provide no customer reference nor is a confirmation email sent out.

signed up with scottish power on their on-line tariff saving nearly £200 compared to my current suppliers,southern electric.the big bonus was receiving £110 cashback for applying through the topcashback site,which showed on my account almost immediately.

Just checked again and lo and behold, I have a £111.10 credit being tracked! It took six days to appear, so to anybody else waiting for a record of your application, leave it a week, as they really are that slow sometimes!

No joy for me so far - we have now transferred to Scottish Power, that part went smoothly, but nothing showing on the cashback side - no tracking - I applied during the £90 offer timescale. It's now being chased by Topcashback but I am not feeling very optimistic as nothing has happened for ages. I hope it all works eventually ...
