Submitted my application via TCB about 1am Monday 23 Nov, still not tracking as at midday 27 Nov. Phoned SP, who had no record of my submission, but said it could take up to a week to register. If this is true, why are some people confirming tracking almost immediately?! I'm going to leave it until Monday 30th before calling back, but knowing my luck, this cashback offer will have ended by then!

Don't do it!!!!!
I signed up for this and SP reported the cashback straight away - great.... then once the time passed and there is no turning back on the agreement they pulled the cashback and reported as zero.
I will be moving away from SP as soon as I am allowed and think they're completely unethical for doing this. Don't fall into the same trap

Tracked but Scottish Power had a "technical fault" with its online application and failed to process application. Phoned and now processing but tracked as £0.00! Not very good.

Scottish Power's lovely switching cashback tracked straight away. What a wonderful sight ...seeing that much cash in the confirmed section of my account. Also, my 'switching' is progressing nicely with great communication from Scottish Power

Tracked very quickly. However, will have to wait at least two months before being able to access the money. But that goes with the territory as it will take that long to switch to Scottish Power from my current supplier. Worth the wait for £110 cash back though.

Went through application via TCB but no response. Scottish Power phoned me next day saying application not completed. When paperwork came through I had 2 accounts, on phoning my online application HAD gone through but no record on TCB. Is this a cunning way to avoid paying cashback?

£110 to save money, and tracked within 12 hours. It doesn't get much better. 2 companies came higher on comparison sites, but there wasn't much in it, and the cashback swung it. Well done Scottish Power!!
