i was supposed to get my cash back on the 31/10/09 but im still waiting. i think most of these companies on this site do this get you to buy there product and then make you wait ages for the money back.

Hiya,
To get off the prepayment meter you have to switch to a company that trusts you and then you go onto their prepayment meter, before they can then get rid of it adn put you on normal supply. For example, I have normal supply gas and prepay elec. I switched the elec to the same company that does my gas and knows I pay my bills and after it's gone through ok they take out the prepayment meter. When that's all done, you can switch to SCottish Power and get your cash back discount.
Bit drawn out I know - but well worth it! Prepayment meter sucks.

Well still will not let me continue, the only thing I can think of is that currently we have prepayment meters installed(no debt), So a bit peeved about the whole thing :( Anyone else managed to sign up on line that have prepayment meters needing changing over?

Yes, they're at liberty to cancel/restart cashback offers, but come on..
"Hurry, hurry it finishes at midnight Sunday 2n Nov" and then there is it, up and running again the next day...
Bad form that..... yes, it's available but I'll take Topscashback's dates with a bit of a pinch of salt in future, I must say...

No matter which option i choose, I get a pop up saying, we are unable to continue transfer, please call blahblahblah, upon calling them, scottish power says they have nothing to do with any cashback sites :(, but will offer me £30 cashback over the phone, gutted as thats a big difference to the 110 from here
