I have ordered 3 times each time to the value of around £50 and received no cashback despite order tracking and Top cashback trying to get it for me, very disappointing 3 non payments out of 4 orders not good

Recent purchase of £60.00 + tracked well until time to pay-then reduced to ZERO instead of the anticipated £8.00+ cashback.
Have had to open a ticket with TCB. Shame as previous purchases and cashback have been trouble free.
Will comment again as and when resolved one way or another.

Simply Supplements are an appalling company! If your goods get lost in the post, their attitude is 'tough, that's your problem and your loss'. Don't expect a replacement or a refund from them: Tucked away in their terms and conditions fine print it states 'all ownership, title and risk of loss and/or damage in the product you have purchased shall pass to you at the point and time at which such product leaves our premises'. In short, if the goods don't arrive you will not get your money back!

Simply Supplements won't pay the cashback due to me. The transaction did not track so I supplied the invoice number as proof of purchase. Here is the response from Topcashback: "I'm afraid that the merchant has taken the decision to decline your submission on this occasion. The reason that has been supplied for this in helping to clarify states that your 'Transaction cannot be traced'."
So what this means is that either Simply Supplements don't recognise their own invoice numbers or they are lying. Either way its a very bad experience.

The purchase in July took 5 emails and two telephone calls plus 12 weeks to just get the order accepted as a genuine cashback purchase.I am now waiting for my October purchase to show up as "Pending" Cashback will probably be in 2014 !!!

Got no cashback last time, and still no explanation :( have no alternative but to buy from them as they are the cheapest and my old pony has arthritis. Here's hoping I get cashback this time as I entered my offer code and it wouldnt take :( yet again.

Have dealt with Simply Supplements via Cashback with no problems for several years. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately it now appears as though you have to sign up for Facebook to place an order. I have no Facebook account and will not open one so it seems like the end of a happy relationship!

Ordered goods in August, which came very quickly and good quality but cash back is not forth coming not even in the pending column. Submitted claim in September and topcashback is still waiting to hear from supplier. Have used this site before with no problem but don't think I will use again, will go back to Healthspan.

This merchant offers excellent cash back - when you get it.
It either doesn't track or tracks in 2 days then you wait 3 months for the cash to appear. This is the second time I have had to report no cash back I am now in the 5 month of trying.

Have had mixed results with this company. Some cashback has gone through very quickly with no problems, however despite confirmation that they were going to pay the cashback from my previous order, nothing has ever been paid, and topcashback have tried many times on my behalf to get the money paid with no joys...that was 2 years ago, and still no payment from them (yet they are happy to keep sending me catalogues every other month!).
