This merchant's prices are extremely competitive and the cashback rate is an amazing 27%. My one transaction so far has tracked quickly and correctly, but has been stuck at the pending stage for over two months. The estimated payable date hasn't been reached yet though so will reserve judgment.

Because of a problem with the checkout on the web page Ii accidently ordered twice and did not realise this until 2 orders arrived several weeks later. Goods were slow to arrive and the 2nd order had to be chased for cashback. Won't use again.

Recently I noticed that on their website they announced that they had improved their IT system which would 'enhance delivery and dispatch'. This claim seems to be true - for my two recent orders have arrived to my door within a week! It is a vast improvement on a delivery speed as it used to take two weeks or so for my orders to arrive. I hope that they now pay up cash back as fast as their delivery...

We have found the products and prices to be very good, however, order weeks before you need anything as it takes at least 2 weeks before anything arrives (unlike Zip-Vit which is 2 days!)
