My cash back with this company was tracked but never paid. On top of that, they charged me for a product that was out of stock and never delivered. When confronted, they want me to send them my card details again by mail in order to get a refund. Appalling.

I think this retailers customer service is rubbish, which is a real shame because their products, prices and special offers are very good. I placed an order for 3 products worth £29.93 on 25th October 2011.The first product arrived about 3 days later, the second product arrived three days after the first and I am still waiting for the third product.The day after the second product arrived I phoned their customer services who were pretty ambivalent and confirmed that the product was out of stock. I was told it would be back in stock by the end of the week and then despatched. I should have received the products by Wednesday 9th November. I received an automated email on 15th November advising me of despatch. Five working days later (the post has been today) and no delivery. Conclusion: Great products but don't hold your breath for delivery.

Simply Supplements offer great products at amazing prices. 80% of my order was perfect. However, I was let down by 1 product not being what I ordered and ultimately not suitable. The staff were extremely courteous and processed my refund when they had received the returned item but this did not include the money I had to spend to return the product. The mistake was theirs and I had to pay - Not great customer service in my opinion which is why they miss out on 5 stars.

Three orders via TCB. Two not tracked. Put in a claim that took nearly a year before being paid out. Just put in 2nd claim for latest untracked. Delivered quickly. Products as expected no problems.

The first time I ordered from this company it didn't track and I had to submit a claim which took nearly a year to get paid out! this time however it tracked within hours! much better this time, just waiting on payment.
