I use this site all the time, but it is the first time i have used it through topcashback. It tracked realy quickly and the delivery was very quick too. I would uae them again.
I got a promotional code but i didnt get the free item.

SimplySupplements offer a next day delivery service which they cannot meet. My product took 10 days to arrive, but I knew that this would be the case looking at the reviews on TopCashback.
However, the BOGOF offer presents excellent value, and the cashback rate being offered is superb. The payment was tracked within 24 hours, and whilst reading on the reviews that some customers are expecting their cashback straight away, this is not realistic. I llok forward to receiving my payment, and will definately use them again in the future.

I have been using Simply Supplements for several years, and have been very satisfied with their products. They do take some time to arrive, however they are very busy, and I usually re-order well in advance.

Tracked quickly got my order less than 7 days after placing this, no problems at all, good cash back value and they offer buy one get one free on all items which is a bonus.

Slow and not sure about getting cashback not good customer service. I am going back to Zipvit as prices are better and delivery within 3 days. Unfortunately not on TCB.

Thinking of ditching this company. The service is getting very slow and the cashback hasn't tracked yet. Only the good prices and great discount has kept me with them. Have had to submit a manual claim.

Used SimplySupplements many times - excellent value products, especially with Cashback. But delivery times are lousy. Order date 10th Jan, delivery date 14th Feb. Not always that slow, but could be much better. Ringing them as well as e-mail gets better customer service than just e-mail, but they still bull a bit on dispatch dates.

Delivery was very slow, customer service non-existant, tracking OK but months later still no cashback. I'm looking to buy more products but will go elsewhere. Suggest you do the same!

Attracted by large cashback and competitive prices, I risked the negative reviews and placed an order for 2 supplements. Cashback tracked quickly and I received order confirmation email stating that I should receive another email confirming the order when the goods were despatched. 8 days later no sign of promised email (or goods) so I emailed them and they responded confirming the order had been fulfilled and the goods should be with me shortly (but allow 20 working days before contacting them!). First delivery was 2 weeks after order, final delivery nearly a week later. It would be best if they were just upfront on their webpage and instead of promising next day despatch (as if!) informed customers that a 2 to 3 week delivery time was normal!

Avoid! I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago now. They were very prompt at taking the money from my account but I am yet to see the products delivered. I have now emailed twice to find out what is happening - no response! If they can't even deliver the product I doubt I will see any cashback either!
