I have used this merchant a number of times now and they are very fast and efficient with their delivery and cashback is always very quick. When I had a problem with a damaged order it was sorted out quickly and with no fuss.

This company is great but you have to be prepared to wait for your products (up to 2 weeks) and for your cashback. It tracks very quickly and the cashback value is fantastic but payout can take months. Mine has always paid out eventually. Always make sure you order well in advance so you don't run out before next supplement arrives.

I read previous comments concerning the slow delivery of items so was pleasantly surprised to receive my package after a 10 day delay. May not be as quick as Healthspan but excellent cashback makes it a 'win win' for me. Will definitely use again.

After previous comments I was pleasantly surprised to see the cashback tracking within a few hours of purchase. Hopefully the goods will follow soon after. Even without the cashback, their prices are extremely competitive and I've already recommended the site to a friend.

Very much the case of hit and miss. Their cash back rate being so large, I can't help but buying from them via TCB. As other people have mentioned, the delivery is slow, especially compared with other companies based in Channel Islands.

Have dealt with this retailer for many years without a hitch. Unfortunately my last order was never received and despite many false assurances by Simply Supplements it has still not been received nearly 2 months later.
They are now ignoring my requests for updates.
Extremely poor customer service in my case.

absolute rubbish, cashback looks great if u receive ur items. mine never arrived even after a month. customer service is ok but u hav to wait 20 working days for any action taken for missing items. then they post a form to u to fill in to report it missing to get ur money back. shall not be using again AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!!!!!

Ordering was quick and easy but the delivery is rubbish. It is NOT First Class postage like they purport. My order took 10 working days, and they do not count Saturdays as a working day for post. To top it off, it arrived in 2 batches! It was supposed to be a gift for a friend leaving for work in China, now have to incur extra postage to ship it over. Am doubtful the cashback, though tracked fast, will ever be honoured.
