Purchased last summer. Didn't track and despite repeated nudges no cash back appearing. Actual product took ages to come , but was good value. Don't rely on cash back or expect good service then you won't be disappointed. I won't be using them again.

I ordered 3 lots of supplements on 21st Oct 2010. One package never arrived and I waited the 20 working days before I contacted them. After lots of phone calls, broken promises, I eventually received a GNR form to fill in. They say they never received it. More phone calls and they emailed this time and I again returned by email. They say they never received it. There is a pattern developing here! I again emailed and this time they got it. I received replacement supplements on 11th Jan 2011, a long, long wait. Staff very pleasant on phone, but it's just, lies and broken promises. Service is appaling.

100% all round for this retailer. Vitamins do not arrive next day as come from CI. Cashback rate very gererous. A little slow but always reliable. No need to chase.

I have used them a few times and each time they have tracked and paid up without an issue. It takes time but it does eventually clear. Allow at least 90 days.

I have used this firm for several years with no problems. This is the first attempt with cash back and I am VERY disappointed. I ordered more than 4 months ago and have had the transaction confirmed, but no cash back.

ok so they make a big deal about buy one get one free but why not just say that this is the number that you get without pretending an offer.
i bought echinacea complex and immediately went down with the worst cold i have had in years so it did absolutely nothing. not worth it.

I have always used Simply Supplements anyway as they are incredibly good value, so to get the bonus of the excellent rate of cashback offered is fab. Tracked very quickly, as all the cashback that I have earned has, but of course it is then a prolonged waiting game for the cashback to become 'payable' - but it all has done eventually so far.

6 weeks on and am still awaiting part of my delivery, they have no intention of fulfilling the order.
Cashback looks good, but when you spend £12 to get back around £3 and do not get your goods, suddenly does not look so good.
Have given up now, they are cheats, as for despatch in 24 hours, they must use different times from earth.

Tracked no problem, delivered within 7 days, good products and cashback is excellent. Used to use a competitor who no longer do cashback. Moved on and very happy I did.

Very high cashback so I tried this Company with a big order.
Cashback was very quick within 2 hours.
Delivery very slow, waited 8 days for first delivery and the rest came in 3 deliveries over 7 days after the first.
Acceptable because of big cashback. I will accept slow delivery and in separate packages for this.

Agree with previous comment. Attracted by high cashback which was a mistake only part order received after three weeks. No response about other items after emailing company. To say that they send goods by first class mail is a not correct and TCB should take issue with them. SERIOUSLY THINK ABOUT ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY.
