Scam - multiple cashback claims denied with no reason
If you want cashback, don't book with Sixt. I have had multiple claims denied now with the reason given by them being 'terms and conditions not met' - despite the terms being complied with on each occasion. Topcashback should remove Sixt as a partner, as there's no point having them on here if they just decline every claim.

Don't trust Sixt's cashback; consider it nonexistent. After several months, my cashback claim was declined. I checked an confirm i have met all the terms and conditions. When I raised a complaint, Topcashback said Sixt responded without any explanation, stating only:
'The reason that we have received to support this decision states… “Terms and Conditions not met.”'

Keeps getting declined

My sister got her £62 cashback but I didn't for the identical purchase!
My sister and I purchased the exact offer last summer. Her cashback immediately tracked and she got £62.50
Mine didn't so after a number of weeks I raised a ticket
It took nearly 9 months to go through the complaints process. Sixt initially recognised they had made a mistake but then declined the cashback.
It's really unfair that companies can be misleading

Long Process, claim accepted then rejected(?)
My sister and I both used Sixt last summer when travelling France. She claimed her circa £60 cashback with no problem, I followed the same procedure (we did it on the phone together) and my cashback didn't show. After a very lengthy process to log the complaint I received an email to confirm the cashback but then it was later rejected with no explanation as to why. I saw my balance went up temporarily (I think the pence/pound sign was incorrect so I was just expecting it to autocorrect as many other suppliers do). This is very disappointing and frustrating, because I'm not sure how to go about challenging this again :(

Got cash back… 1 year late
Had to raise a claim as merchant confirmed cash back as £0. One year later, claim eventually successful. So frustrating merchants like this. Pull the finger out!
