Awful. The cash back does not reflect my order in any way. 6 months later and many emails back and forth, I am still waiting for a resolution.

tracked instantly and moved to confirmed after month still waiting to be payable. ordered about 9 weeks ago so hopefully wont have too much longer to wait. recieved my free laptop with 20 pound monthly order.

They don't honour their welcome offers of £100 pre-paid card or TV. It's difficult to get through on their customer service helpline and then you get told that the offer has expired. I'm going to cancel but unfortunately they even refused to do that over the phone

Keep getting message Unable to continue with your order An error has occurred, Unfortunately, we have been unable to proceed with your order. To place an order by phone, please call 0800 151 2758. When you call, they are moe than happy to proceed with order over the phone, but you miss out on TBC.

Dreadful. Took over a year just to get confirmation from the merchant after repeated chasing (still not payable). TCB were kind enough to credit my account given how long Sky were taking to honour their agreement..

Great cashback amount however the wait has been a drag, (though i still think mine was faster than other peoples?) But overall a good experience and chuffed to have abit of spending money!
