Had Problem to start with as only telephone was connected minus Broadband. After call to Customer Service got Broadband Two weeks late. Due to this error only got cashback of £8.00 only insted of £40.00 although had queried with Topcash customer service who more or less did not bother sorting the issue.

Sky have confirmed the payout 2 months earlier than the expected wait time of 6 months. Also when signing up a £25 evoucher for Tesco was included. Cant fault Sky at all.

Cashback became payable in just over 3 months - very happy - my £37.50 per month bill is costing only £18.56 after all the charges and cashback.

Confused why all over reviews are saying fast payment! I've waited nearly 4 months and no sign of payment! A lot slower than other merchants.

Says it pays out in 26 weeks (which is an age), been 14 weeks so far, was hoping it might of surprised me by now seeing as it is Sky...still waiting though :-/

Absolutely terrible. New customer last august and cashback got declined. Took over a year and they have said they are standing by their decision even though all criteria was met.

Declined for no reason, been 8 months since sky purchased, finally declined after being tracked. Met all T&Cs so its a joke. Will avoid sky in future and once contract is up i will be leaving

Terrible, cashback never tracked and after a year of chasing it was rejected. The broadband itself was very up and down, dont bother!

Sky decline my cashback, despite following all the t&c's clearing cookies beforehand etc etc. I became a new broadband/telephone customer in October 2015, my application being submitted through the TopCashback site. Having had previous cashback declined I am extremely careful when applying for cashback that I do it properly and follow the TopCashback Guidelines. For some unkown reason the cashback was DECLINED by Sky and the reason given 'Order ID not found'. I had received a confirmation email from Sky regarding the new Broadband contract and supplied all the references quoted on that email to them, they still wouldn't have it! I finally telephoned SKY myself and a helpful young man supplied the actual order ID to me, I passed this on via TopCashBack and just heard today that the affiliate is still Declining my claim without giving any reason -Feel Sky and their affiliate are being most unhelpful and non co-operative, if they advertise Cashback then they should PROVIDE CASHBACK TO A GENUINE application, I know I followed the rules/guidelines they have not complied with the cashback agreement, SO BE WARNED!

Been chasing cash back since October 2015, did not track and claim has been declined, spurious reasons for not paying cash back, I will be changing to a new provider when my contract expires.
