rated five stars so people will read this i got sky on 28th of august last year and received my payout today yes 10 months later thanks to tcb for chasing it for me that said it was a very good deal 12 month contract for tv £10 a month for 1st 6 then £20 so £180 for the year i got £120 cash back and a £50 money card so only £10 for a year fantastic considering i also needed a dish fitting for my freesat box anyway so sky so deffo result for me

Switched to their Fibre Broadband through this site, partly for the £80 cashback. After opening a Support Request after two months of no cashback I was informed that SKY claimed I'd not joined them via this site so they weren't going to honour their end of the cashback deal.

My Sky transaction was on 13 April 2016. It said I would get the payment in 26 weeks. Every couple of days I log on to Topcashback and the weeks are not counting down. I had a BT package from the same date with the same amount of weeks and that is coming down week by week. I've had the Sky status as Confirmed, but nothing is happening. How much longer will this take to count down I wonder!!!

Shocking! Ordered Sky in October 2015, cashback tracked quickly and was sat for almost 3 months waiting for it to be confirmed, only to eventually be declined! after a long drawn out battle it has eventually been confirmed (2/3 weeks ago) now I've been told that I still have to wait potentially ANOTHER 6 months??? absolutely terrible. I've still to receive an explanation as to why my original cashback was declined and then confirmed after 6 months - seems like a con to me!

Hey, I am sorry to hear your transaction was initially declined and this could have been for varying reasons. However, I am glad the team managed to overturn this. If you see your estimated payable date as 6 months please be aware this is from your original transaction date and not the claim resolution date. This should therefore progress for you soon. It's been 11 months, Top Cash Back have not received any money yet and Sky have informed me that I wont be receiving my gift card which was part of the incentive.

Order place August 2015. Not tracked and no sign of cashback 9 months later. Read the Ts and Cs beforehand and made sure I complied completely with them. They've stolen my money.

Broadband taken out in August 2015 and in May 2016, still no sign of the cashback. TCB state a "large file" has been sent from them to Sky..... Will the cashback ever appear? Look up and listen.... Oink Oink Oink.....

Hey, I can see your transaction is being queried and this means initially we were not recognised as eligible for cashback. This is normally something beyond the merchant’s control as cashback will only be paid under certain circumstances and if set criteria are fulfilled. It is taking a little while longer for the merchant and their network to reply back and confirm whether or not we are eligible for the cashback. Seven months now and still no cashback. Logged a claim and sky have still not responded. Really not impressed with sky and cannot wait to cancel my subscription with them.

Very hit and miss. Received cash back when I took out a new sky contract, but n o sign of any cash back when Upgraded as an existing customer. Same happened to my Dad. They basically reneged on the deal. Only pay you when they want to.
