Most of the praise is reserved for how quickly members received their cashback, with some of the feedback including “tracked fine and paid out earlier than expected”, “fast tracking and, unbelievably, paid within weeks of service going live”, “tracked quickly and was also paid much faster than suggested” and “I have never had a problem receiving any cashback from Sky — very prompt”. While there is some negative feedback regarding cashback, you will also find comments praising Sky for their products and customer service. Sky decline my cashback, despite following all the t&c's clearing cookies beforehand etc etc. I became a new broadband/telephone customer in October 2015, my application being submitted through the TopCashback site. Having had previous cashback declined I am extremely careful when applying for cashback that I do it properly and follow the TopCashback Guidelines. For some unkown reason the cashback was DECLINED by Sky and the reason given 'Order ID not found'. I had received a confirmation email from Sky regarding the new Broadband contract and supplied all the references quoted on that email to them, they still wouldn't have it! I finally telephoned SKY myself and a helpful young man supplied the actual order ID to me, I passed this on via TopCashBack and just heard today that the affiliate is still Declining my claim without giving any reason -Feel Sky and their affiliate are being most unhelpful and non co-operative, if they advertise Cashback then they should PROVIDE CASHBACK TO A GENUINE application, I know I followed the rules/guidelines they have not complied with the cashback agreement, SO BE WARNED!

Been chasing cash back since October 2015, did not track and claim has been declined, spurious reasons for not paying cash back, I will be changing to a new provider when my contract expires.

26 weeks in - no cashback received. Says I have to wait another 26 weeks despite being in a 1 year contract where I'd have to pay if I left.

I am absolutely appauled with this transaction. I have had to wait 9 months for the cashback to go through, which in the end wasn't even paid in full. When i first brough my items I was due £110 cash back but now only received £75, which is the main reason for going through TopCashback, I haven't even received an explanation for it, all I have been told it to bare with them. So after 9 months waiting I have finally received only £75 cash back and still ahven't received an explanation!! Absolutely disgusting customer services!!!!!

Further to the messages below not 5 star but 0 Stars! Mine was also October last year coming up for renewal for Sky and yes folks not gonna be renewing at this rate. Does seem a bit of a scam.
