Likewise - seems to be the same story - my cashback all seemed OK and was tracked then turned to zero - I didn't cancel my policy - I would stay well clear of this one!!

had swiftcover last 2 years didnt track first time no cashback (prob my fault did a lot of comparison sites didnt clear cookies) but 2nd time did track and got cash back and been the cheapest quote as well

Tracked next day. Read comments from others who say tracking changes to £0 and beware. Hoping mine doesnt but swiftcover was £200 cheaper than everyone else so tbh, If i get the £28 it will be a bonus

2 months into policy and I've received no cashback yet, my amount has also turned to zero so I really dont think I will get the cashback now. I would not use again but good luck if you do!

I made my purchase in the middle of November 09, the payment was confirmed shortly after this and I still have not been paid. Not impressed with this tardiness and am wondering if indeed it ever will be paid!

The amount has dropped to £0 from £28 & no reason to explain that! I've paid for the insurance & not canceled the policy! I've been conned! Very disappointed with Swiftcover. I could have bought from a cheaper insurance provider if they weren't giving cashback!

If Swiftcover do not honour their cash back agreement through Top Cash Back, shame on them. With so many customers not being paid their loyalty payments through Swiftcover I would like to know why Top Cash Back are still advertising Swiftcover and their £28 when they are patently not paying up. Top Cash Back should bar them from this site with the ensuing loss of business resulting.

Like others my purchase was tracked quickly and then when it became paayable it changed to £0.00. TCB is still awaiting to hear from the retailer. I took out the insurance on 6th September so patience is a virtue and hope that eventually it is sorted and I get my £28.00. Good Luck to all who are in the same boat.

Tracked very quicky but after 2 months changed to zero and no casback paid.
Disappointed.

More expensive than Tesco without cash back.

It cost more than shown on original comparison website and you never know how good they are till you make a claim. But the 'doing all the stuff online' is a good idea, especially when the postal strike was on.

decided to use SwiftCover to insure my vehicle...linked to their site straight from TopCashBack...my transaction tracked fairly quickly (approx. 18 hours...well done TCB!)...***ADVICE***...just make sure that when you purchase anything via TopCashBack...please, please clear down all your browsing history and cookies first...start TCB on a fresh page (as i did) and then click through to your purchase as normal..as sometimes, other agencies/companies will receive credit for your purchase, and this is inevitably where tracking/cashback problems occur...SwiftCover are a good company with excellent customer services, so i don't foresee too much of a problem getting a cashback from them, although at the moment my expected payment date says 01/01/01 ?? we will just have to wait and see ;O) violetshine.
