A complete con. I am included in their 8% of unhappy customers for whom they have failed to track for no valid reason.
They also charged me £60 when I moved house - despite moving into a lower risk area.
If they seem like the cheapest with their cashback, then don't rely on it.

Took out policy in Feb. no sign of cashback, amount payable changed to zero. Now almost end of April. sent a nudge, still no cashback. Giving up with this site.

It tracked quickly, showed as £28 then disappeared and changed to £0 as it was due to be paid, very unfair, I hope TCB are doing something about it? Has everyone complained & reported it? I sent an email to TCB & heard nothing back? Anybody had any success?

Bought the insurance in September 09. Tracked wonderfully and then as payment was due to be paid, after being in pending for some weeks, it turned to zero. Numerous emails to topcashback and swift cover have resulted in £27.22 being credited to my account and then disappearing again. As of today 20th March it is till showing as zero. Each company is blaming the other. Not holding out too much hope of getting any cash back.

I bought car insurance on the 16th January 2010. £28 turned into £0 on topcashback.
I was told by Swiftcover on the 3rd March 2010:
"As of today Topcashback have added a recommendation on their site for customers to clear their cookies to ensure tracking is in place to validate transactions when they are likely to be shopping around and visiting comparison sites. I appreciate that this does not help your situation but there is nothing further I can do regarding the matter. Kind Regards Cherie Mcbean Swift Complaints TeamSwiftcover.com"
So Swiftcover have stated that Topchasback have only informed its customers how to make sure their purchase is tracked on the 3rd of March.
I think it is unacceptable to think new information should make ammends for this lack of information given before 3rd March!
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT GO ON PRICE COMPARISON SITES IF YOU WANT YOUR CASHBACK TRACKED! WISH I WAS TOLD THIS BEFOREHAND!!

Con!!! have been tracking this cashback at £28, which appeared almost immediately when i took out insurance with swiftcover. But now when the cashback amount should be payable as my 1st d/d has left my account suddenly it has vanished!!! payment amount now 0!!!

Cannot believe £28 has gone down to £0. WHY?? Lots of people in this situation I see - but has anyone managed to get the £28 back?! I'm so annoyed and would never go with Swiftcover again and will be telling everyone else not to go with them if they don't give me it back!!!!

Same here. Waiting for £28 to clear to 'payable' has today turned to Zero!!!! Policy still in place. Paid in full. AVOID. Complete con. Very annoyed! I suggest Topcashback take note of users comments and kick Swiftcover off here immediately!!!
