Seems they gave my cash to someone else according to TCB. not too impressed anymore as almost every cash back via TCB has resulted in me having to chase it up. After over £1200 thats a lot of chasing. Swift cover also fail poorly in the way they treat customers i think.

I have been insured with Swiftcover for two years now though I didn't go via Topcasback as wasn't a member then.
However, I wanted to say that as well the policy being competitive I have recently had reason to make a claim which is when you know if an insurance company is any good.
I can only give them top marks. They were onto the claim immediately and in less than three weeks I have received settlement. I might add that I had the accident on the Wednesday and receiving the form to complete via email on the Friday. As I was then away I didn't complete and return them until the following Friday but payment was received into my account by the following Thursday.
This is the first time in my driving history that I have ever made a claim and I would never have believed it could be this straightforward and quick and with a very fair settlement.
I highly recommend them for cover though I cannot give any review as regards cashback.

Stay away from them - they didn't pay the cashback as advertised, this is nearly a year on and they have refused to pay the £28 which was advertised - just not on! I won't be using them again. Also have a friend who is trying to get paid out for a straight forward claim for an accident was nearly 4 months ago! Not exactly the service customers expect.

As most reviews state - a total Con! I've been trying to get my cashback for 11 months, my insurance is up for renewal shortly, if Swift do not pay up then I certainly won't be renewing with them. If this is the service they produce I'd be concerned if I did need to make an insurance claim!
Am not impressed with this link and I think that Cashback should put a limit on them paying out and if they don't refuse to advertise them on their site.

As with many others cashback confirmed at £28 and then went to zero on payable. Contacted TCB was subsequently told it would be sent to Swiftcover with a batch of claims. Haven't heard a thing since. That was months ago.
Not sure if anyone else has done this but I've just contacted Watchdog to see if they will pick it up.
