Cash never came through. Filed a missing cash back claim only to be told that Swift Cover will not pay up as they can not find a record of my purchase. Be careful, this company seems to be hit and miss on who it pays out... Makes me wonder how they'll be if I ever had to make an insurance claim..? ;-)

Just put a comment on with low ratings and low ratings due to bad experience with swiftcover and TC yet it says 5 star rating . No way would I give it 5 stars . This comment has one stars all the way and that is generous.

Purschased home insurance in October, cash was showing as pending until few weeks ago now its saying £00.00 is payable after showing £32 for months Not had any issues with Swift cover yet (not needed to contact them) but will defo be going elsewhere as i never got my cash back :-(

I purchased a combined house insurance policy in late Novemeber 2011. It tracked fairly quickly and was advised of cashback to be paid Feb 2012. When payment was due it was extended by afurther month. When it became due again, Swift attempted to decline the cashback by citing any number of spurious reasons. However, I claimed the cashback and it was settled. I would not use Swift again after this experience. I am afraid that I am unable to trust them and after all this whole cashback excercise is based on trust and good faith. Those companies that renege on their promises or attempt to do not deserve your business.

As others have said. Fast to track slow to pay. Took out car insurance in october now in march and still waiting for payout. I just don't understand companies that offer this kind of service with TCB. Looks bad on them looks bad on TCB. Sort these companies out. Very annoying.

Bought a home insurance policy in early October 2011 with the payment date estimated at 31 Jan 12. Got to that date and it's only confirmed recently, and now theyve moved the payable date again to march 2012! Yes they're cheaper than most insurers, but they take the mick paying out the cash back, if you actually get it!

Both myself and my dad purchased home insurance. Mine tracked and paid out at the full level with no problems. My dad's didn't track, chased it up and it tracked at 'zero' and has now gone to payable 'zero'. Despite chasing through TCB have had no joy. Would be reluctant to use Swiftcover cashback again

Tracked as zero, which I expected until it became payable. Unfortunately, by the time it became payable it was still showing as zero and because it was 100 days+ from initial purchase I could not submit a missing cashback claim.

Swiftcover provided the cheapest quote for buildings and contents and the cashback value was fair. Transaction tracked very quickly. Swiftcover's insurance products are online only and is self-service, if you require help over the phone they charge "admin" fees so watch out!

It amazes me that Swiftcover can actually give MY cashback to someone else yet neither TCB or Swiftcover knows who. Cant see me using this website much longer given that ive had to chase nearly EVERY cashback via TCB.
