	I took out a full motor insurance policy expecting £30 cashback. I had to wait 8 months for a response on this! When I did get my response I was told I couldn't claim the cashback because it had tracked via a comparison site and not Topcashback (I didn't use a comparison site I knew they were the cheapest already). Not happy at all Swiftcover have dodged paying me cashback I am owed!! Be wary.

	I like many other users have been stitched up by this merchant, initially my claim tracked at £0.00, I raised a ticket claiming £35 as indicated on 20th October 2012, only just received a BS response from the merchant saying it was refused due to "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale" I am signed up to now other cashback sites Tesco Car Insurance here I come

	bought car insurance on nov 24th 2012 never tracked at stated amount (£40) tracked around 3 months later at £0 its now april 11th 2013 & still have nothing ! Have now given up on receiving this . If you find a simmilar policy at around the same price as swift offer I would go with them as you may receive your cash back . Dissapointing.

	DO NOT USE !! ITS IS A CON.MY TRANSACTION TRACKED AND THEN SWIFTCOVER CHANGED IT TO 0.00 AND REFUSED TO PAY STATING ANOTHER CHANNEL HAD BEEN USED-WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. THEY ALSO CANNOT PROVIDE DETAIL FOR THE REFUSAL IT IS A CON. THERE HAVE BEEN LOTS OF INSTANCES NOT JUST ME.AVOID.

	WARNING!!! Don't bother using this shower if you are looking for cashback - they DONT pay. It will track then turn to zero when payment is about due. Guess who I'm NOT renewing with this year...muppets.

	As is now mentioned in the notes, be VERY careful to clear all cookies in your browser before visiting through topcashback if you have been on any price comparison sites etc. as I have just had to wait 9 months to have my cashback claim denied as topcashback could not be traced as the 'last referrer'. Thank you to topcashback for continuing a great service, another lesson learned!

	The cashback offered was good and the insurance quote was competetive, but the transaction didn't track (despite following all instructions to the letter). A claim has been submitted, but I'm still waiting over 6 months later. :-(

	Cash-back on my home insurance policy is finally payable after about 6 months. Seeing as the quote was already one of the cheapest available, I'm pretty happy with this overall, even if the wait was fairly long.

	If you're thinking of taking insurance with Swiftcover.com - think again! I will never buy a policy from them, and strongly advise you to check every detail before doing so, and best of all - don't do it!! I've been their customer for four years and been refused the NCD certificate for that time due to the cancellation fee being unpaid on the last year's policy. They won't issue it unless I paid them. AVOID!!!

	it takes forever and a day, dont buy a policy from them based on taking the cashback into account, it shows, but i cant believe it takes over 3 months to pay, they are now offering increased cahback to try and get more customers, how about paying the ones that have already paid and signed up. AVOID, every ohter cashback i have with other merhcants since has been tracked and paid already!!!

	Waited 10 months for cashback to be then told (like others have complained about ) that my transaction was logged as having tracked from another site.Due to confidentiality they would not say which.Total rip off !!

	Even after using cashback correctly, this merchant can apparently turn and say 'Cashback was used incorrectly therefore payment will not be given'. Due to 'strict confidentiality reasons' the incorrect usage cannot be described to cashback (which could then be forwarded to myself) which could help decipher the reasoning behind this unpaid sum.... Extremely disappointing merchant. I will not be using them again
