Great value car insurance with this merchant being the best value after comparison sites searches. Also got £35.35 cashback. The item tracked immediately on topcashback. Had to raise a support ticket for top cashback to chase payment with nearly 100 days gone since purchase. Topcash sorted this out within a few days so great from them. So not a completely smooth transaction but I got there in the end. Would still recommend the site for large purchases like this

Did everything as per usual protocol.. cashback amount came back as 0. Rubbish! Never had a problem with other merchants. AVOID!!!

Hum - not happy. I bought the car insurance because once the cashback would be applied it would become the cheapest. I first had to request a support ticket, then just under a year later it tracked at £0. When I then tried to lodge a missing cashback claim because of the delay (of Swiftcover's making) it then said 100 days had passed. Hum.

Received the cashback after 4 months. Very cheap insurance though do be careful that you've included all details for all drivers. I wasn't asked how many years the 2nd driver had held a licence, when I went back to add this it made the quote cheaper again.

After showing for months, the cashback has now gone to £0. I am not interested in whatever loophole Swiftcover has used to avoid paying cashback. Swiftcover will not be considered for any of my insurance products in future.

Never received cashback - hassle trying to claim manually. They make it very difficult to get a quote then use tcb to introduce you to their site - just not worth the agro anymore...will never use swiftcover again!!

cashback confirmd ,then zero,d,now out of 100 days and Cannot lodgE a missing cashback claim,emailed swiftcover cover several times asking why they have zero,ed the cashback,they respond not our problem,we don't pay you,nothing to do with us,its your arrangement with topcashback-more emails,then they respond" raise a claim through topcashback"-- HOW CAN I WHEN ITS OUT OF THE 100 DAYS AND IVE TOLD YOU THIS SEVERAL TIMES IN THE EMAILS IVE SENT YOU AS WELL AS TELLING YOU ITS YOUR FAULT FOR ZEROING THE CASHBACK WEN IVE HAD YOUR POLICY. ive tried so hard to get this cashback but they refuse to pay out. *** SWiftcover::false advertising,untrustworthy,take cashback elsewhere if find a similar quote. RATE THIS RETAILER AS "ONE STAR" ONLY IF THEY GIVE ZERO CASHBACK,DONT LEAVE NO STARS AS THIS DOESNT SHOW AS A NEGATIVE-PERHAPS THEN TOP CASH BACK WILL PULL THEM FROM THIS SITE. Don't bother to take a policy out based on the promise of cashback-you wont get your cash back and emails to swiftcover are pointless after the 100 days have elapsed when top cash back cannot sort out the claim anymore-they refuse to acknowledge the fact they have to advise top cash back in the first instance that the transaction has been confrmed-they argue they don't pay the cashback to topcashback and its nothing to do with them.They simply con you into taking out a policy,zero the cashback once confirmed and then fob you off -I will not be renewing my policy wth swiftcover-if they can be so ignorant about this-imagine how they would deal with a claim on your car insrance-TAKE MY ADVICE-GO ELSEHERE! You cannot put a price on good customer service

Another one that tracks quickly then changes to £0 and would you know it is beyond the 100 day claim period! Seems to happen quite a lot now with Top Cash back lately on larger purchases. Not impressed once again. If the quote is cheaper go with it but don't bank on getting cash back.

The cashback reverted to zero witin the 100 day period and I asked TCB to chase it in January. I have just learnt that it has been refused as 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. Yet another ploy to avoid paying out the advertised cashback! Luckily the product was chosen as an economical choice, but whether indeed they will be any good if I need to claim on the insurance I hope I don't have to test on their track record so far!
