the exact same thing has happened to me...£28 pending for months and has now changed to a payable balance of zero. who knows what will happen.

Tracked transaction very quickly. Showed £28 pending then changed to zero for no reason. Submitted manual claim but don'h hold much hope. Iggy Pop can kiss my ???? next year! Top Cash Back should kick this shower in to touch.

Like many others I have found that this initially tracks at £28 then drops to £0 for no reason. If you can't trust them to pay cashback could you trust them to pay if you need to make a claim? I'll know to avoid in future.

Don;t waste your time with this merchant. Cashback turned to £0 just as it was about to be payable for no reason. i wouldn;t have brough their insurance if I'd known it was all a con!

took out policy on 10/10/09, it tracked & confirmed ok but has just become payable & turned to zero ! same old story - payed them in one go & still have policy so no problems on my side ! promising cashback then not delivering is a con trick. can you trust a company that tells lies ??

Hey there, Same problem for me as it seems for a lot of people. Completed on the 13th October, waited up until last week and then cashback changed to zero. I have a sneaky feeling this is because I opted for the monthly direct debit option rather than paying it all in one go? Useless.

I bought two policies from Swiftcover within a week. Both were initially tracked, and then one disappeared. Looking for manual resolution but wouldn’t hold my breath going on other comments listed here. I would be careful using Swiftcover if you are basing policy price using cashback. One cashback is still on track.

I bought my insurance from Swiftcover on 1st January-there is no sign of progress-the £28.00 cashback appears to be a false proposition-go elsewhere for your insurance.

Do not use!! This was tracking at £28 for around 4 months and then has just changed to £0.00 because my "claim has been declined". No good at all.

I used about four months ago. Cost more than originally quoted,requesting documents (which they denied recieving until challenged) Tracked very qiuckly at £28 then changed to ZERO cashback after nearly four months altough the policy is still active. Can I trust a company like this? Use with caution!!!!!

Yep - me too!!! Another one where trackd very quickly and then went to Zero and will not be getting any Cashback!!!! Strongly advise anybody else to avoid (unless there quote is originally cheaper) Guess this is how they get so many members!! - AVOID

This sudden switch to £0 after waiting over 3 month has also happened to me today i will hassel the company direct as well thanks for the tip very disapointed!!!

The same thing happened to me this time last year with Swift where the £28 was made payable but then changed to £0.00. I emailed the company direct as well as contacting topcashback. Think the company got a bit fed up of me after about my third or fourth email to the complaints department and eventually paid out my £28 and also sent me some hotel vouchers by way of an apology so it is worth persevering and contacting them direct. Good luck!
