Purchased a combined policy as required in March and the initial cashback was immediately declined! The topcashback customer services team are STILL trying to resolve this 5 months later :(

I am grateful that the cashback has now become payable as it will come in really handy, but it has taken a very long time, about 8 weeks longer than they stated. However it is here now and it will be used wisely. Thank you.

As per the comments i have read, i was going to take out home insurance with Swinton as it showed as being the cheapest quote. Thankfully, i read the comments stating that they rarely pay out the cashback so i will avaoid the frustration and try another insurance company instead.

Over 11 months later and still no cashback. Raised a claim and it was declinded. Waiting for them to dispute, but I'm not very hopeful of getting the cashback. It seems like a lot of people haven't been getting their cashback. Come on TCB surely you need to review Swinton!

This is not working at all well for me. Took out House Ins end Jan 2016 with the promise of £30 payable after 90 days. At which point the cashback was 'declined' with no explanation. Lodged claim... told it may take months to resolve. Not at all happy - seems like a con to me.

sadly had a negative experience with cashback from swinton. policy taken out sept 2014, didn't track so claim entered via tcb oct 2014, may 2015 claim declined by swinton. will take up directly with swinton. tcb did all they could on my behalf.

Qualified for £30 cashback. Today the cashback has mysteriously disappeared from my account and I can't do a claim because the transaction was over 100 days ago.. I am still paying out every month for the cover!!! Ridiculous
