	Still waiting for cashback from purchase of home insurance on 1st May 2013. Have sent repeated messages via Top Cash Back but have still not heard anything more. Having used Top Cash Back numerous times before this is the first problem one.

	Purchased contents insurance from Swinton 25/11/12. Failed to track so lodged claim on 09/12/12. TCB sorted and tracked 14/12/12. Cash back of £30.30 paid 09/01/13, only 45 days later, sooner than expected. Have used Swinton for several years, have always paid cashback. Will continue to use them.

	Purchased contents insurance on 10/03/12 with cash back of £30.30. Didn't track and lodged claim on 18/03/12. Issue resolved by 26/03/12. Cash back paid 15/08/12, some 158 days later or just over 5 months. Swinton have always delivered for me and have been using them for several years. Cash back level is good. Will continue to use.

	Had to submit missing cashback claim but all worked out great in the end £30 tcb and £30 from site great!

	Absolutely terrible. Cashback confirmed 2 years, 4 months after purchase. We were also missold a policy by them so when we came to claim on it for a stolen bicycle we weren't covered despite specifically asking for that cover. Will never use swinton ever again.

	Excellent service by both Swinton and TCB. I received the £30.00 cashback via Top Cash Back earlier than expected and also received £30.00 cashback via Swinton, there saving a whopping £60.00 on my home insurance - very impressed :)

	Very poor. I am still waiting for cashback for my purchase in 2010! I had to submit a claim for my purchase in April which eventually tracked after being chased in July. I would not recommend.

	I took ouot Swinton home insurance as they were promoting £30 cashback and Topcashback were offering £30.30. I was told by Swinton after taking out the policy that I did not quality as they had given me an online discount??? Still not registering Swinton on Topcashback either so been done for £60. Never again!!!!

	At first I was impressed that Swinton rang me from my local office after taking out my Home Contents Policy (underwritten by Groupama) to tell me that all future dealings would be via them. I thought it was refreshing that a web-ordered policy would still have the personal touch. I am now VERY DISAPPOINTED with Swinton. I have never had to claim on my home contents insurance policies in 35 years but this year my daughter's laptop was accidentally damaged when our cat jumped off a shelf and knocked something onto the closed lid which ruined the screen display. Phoning to make a claim, I was told to ring Groupama direct. When I did, they said the policy had NEVER BEEN ACTIVATED by Swinton and was not live on their system. They got in touch with Swinton who said they would see to it that it was done immediately. That was two weeks ago; today, chasing it up, I was told the policy STILL hadn't been activated and STILL wasn't live on their system. That took another call from Groupama to Swinton, a call back to me from Groupama established they they had been most unhelpful and I would need to ring Swinton again to ask to have all the policy documentation faxed across to Groupama manually so that they could upload it themselves to their system. Then perhaps, FINALLY, I could make a claim ... My policy is due for renewal at the end of March ... I WILL NOT renew via Swinton. My cashback experience was absolutely fine and I can't fault TCB; I got my cashback no problem. However SWINTON (or at least the Weston super Mare branch) are RUBBISH!

	Can't fault Swinton, they are always competitive and always have great cash back deals even when not going via Top Cashback! First class service all round!

	This did not automatically track, so Topcashback had to manually claim for it. It has been tracked and confirmed, but the payment is not due until 31st July and I bought the insurance in the 3rd week of Jan 2012 (so 6 months).

	only just bought contents with swinton today from here, so wait an see about cashback?, online quote was £77, go to pay in full and the price goes up £30, £107 total, so the £30 cashback swinton online purchase offer is just yr own money that they sit on for 3months earning interest before they give it back!!, bit of a con really i think, but it was £47 cheaper than my renewal which i bought on here last year, will report more when it happens

	I cleared the cookies before clicking through and it tracked the next morning. Also note this only tracks if you enter details as a new quote - it wont track if you use a saved quotes... Their web also put in an automatic code for £30 cash back, which they paid buy cheque last year after after sending back an emial, so it will be interesting to see if I also get £30.30 from TopCashBack? Interestingly I was with Swinton last year, their renewal was £450, I spoke to them & they reduced it to £300. Their website direct was £250. confused.com was slightly cheaper still with swinton & same insurance @ £240 but no £30 cash back!!! thou I should get an extra quid for using their search thru Topcashback. Give it a go. search on confused.com get cash back CLEAR Your COOKIES buy thru Swinton direct get their cash back & maybe get Topcash cash back too... good luck
