I got these 10 mth ago and was paid CB with no hassle and in that time the connection has been the same consistancy regarding speed and the customer service via live chat is brilliant My initial package was a discounted £22.50 and since then each time I see a better offer I just get on chat and I get that new deal - no quibble I got it at £19.95 and Today got the latest deal 12 mths for 18.95 Totally 100% reccomended and it will not go up every 6 mths like my last junk from Virgin

NEARLY 12 MONTHS, NO CAHBACK. I signed up in December 2016 and was due £160 cashback. Now October 2017 and I am not hopeful. The only progress has been a declined claim (which still took 8 months to happen!) I appealed and that is still where I am. Talktalk have caused me no end of bother with their far from satisfactory service. Wether it's cashback or a product issue, be prepared to wait while for it to be resolved.

The cashback I received when signing up to Talk Talk Broadband has been my highest cashback yet at £90 for taking out a 24 month broadband package. I was delighted to find this cashback offer as Talk Talk was my preferential provider. I received the cashback relatively quickly.

Topcash back were really helpful, but took 3 month for the cashback to finally come through which I believe was due to issues with TalkTalk, not Topcashback.

At first it showed as 0 but then updated to it's normal payout. It wasn't long before the correct amount was confirmed and then payable. Really happy with the amount I claimed.

Did not track so had to open a dispute. It has been more that three months now and no sign of cashback. Would not go with TalkTalk again. Very disappointed. Left a good deal from another provider as £105 cashback was advertise for talktalk. Waste of money and time.
