Appalling. Six - yes, 6 - months to wait before the cash paid (no reason given) and TopCashback themselves are no better..... "sorry, we have to wait for the merchant", so why then did you not make this clear at the outset? Plus, once you have cash in your account, TopCashback automatically deduct a £5 "subscription" fee for their supposed free service. Again, not clarified on sign up. Top tip.... don't sign up your friends and family unless you want to cut down on your Christmas card list....

Returned to being a TalkTalk customer after a year with BT - can't believe I didn't stay with them in the first place! Rate of cashback was excellent and confirmed and paid out in a much faster time than originally stated. Would recommend

Most impressed orderd my service from TalkTalk in Dec, every went smoothly and was kept informed by TopCashBack how my Cashback was progressing and now in early April it is ready for me to collect - Brilliant

No problem with cash-back, tracked at £80 and ended up as £100. About the same speed as Sky but much cheaper.
