Talktalk Simply cancel your order without your knowledge to cancel the cashback then they get you to call to say there is no problem replace the order taking away your cashback. This is wrong on so many level's

Cashback was very slow, and TalkTalk shouldn't really be listed as Faster Paying. Also, almost as soon as I joined, TalkTalk suffered a hacking incident, which left me quite worried, although the company seemed to handle it well. The phone and broadband service both work fine.
