	I was sceptical about this but with such a large cashback offer on talktalk mobile I thought Id give it a try! Im so glad I did, it is so easy to do and after a few weeks the money was ready to payout to my bank account. Excellent!

	I actually wanted to put ZERO star. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM! My transaction was tracked immediately but no cashback at all! TalkTalk decline it.

	Got fibre broadband and phone line in January, did not show up in profile, put a missing claims form in and had no reply or contact from talk talk , I should have had £90.90 cash back from them and have not, also got ripped off with the deal I thought I was gettin.

	got cash back when they said i would the only annoying this is you wait to get the cashback payable then you have to wait to actuaslly get the funds again via paypal or bacs you know, i just wish it was instant but hey very happy with the talktalk broadband ive had no issues at all and i now have the mobile sims too, thanks top cash back

	Have been waiting for five months and still no sign of payment. The company supplied the worst service I have had from any company in my life. I find there customer service department to be anything but useful. Can't wait for the end of my contract period so I can move my broadband.

	Purchased a full year with talktalk, in october 2014, my cashback is still outstanding and not paid.

	TalkTalk refused to pay cashback saying that another afilliate was used during transaction. Typical load of rubbish you get from TalkTalk, they lure you in with great offers and then try and get out of paying. Learnt my lesson!

	Terrible company! Refused to pay my cashback even though I made sure I purchased through Topcashback. What a rip off company, enticing you in with the offer of cashback and then declining it without justification. Tried contacting customer services but they have a terrible command of the English language and seemed to think I was asking about Love2shop vouchers not cashback. At least I have not gone live yet so I can cancel and get a better deal elsewhere. AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY!

	Can't fault the cashback element of this, got money simply for upgrading to Fibre broadband which they confirmed and I have now just withdrawn. I was even sceptical, as due to us leaving talktalk and cancelling all our services shortly after I thought this might not get confirmed. Still, I got my cashback so could not be happier. That being said, the service from TalkTalk has been utterly horrific. Engineers turning up to install our services and asking for extra cash-in-hand because they'd had to go out of their way and needed petrol. Said engineer not installing services he was there for. Replacement engineer making our TV service even worse. Fibre broadband not ever going live despite us ordering and paying for upgrade. Credits not applied to account when requested, and repeatedly cut off and/or transferred to wrong departments when calling to try to resolve various matters. Promised various calls back from managers which never materialised either. Could not be happier to no longer have to deal with this bunch of cretins.

	Been waiting 2 months now for this to become payable and when I used it the cashback was supposed to be £85 for a new phone and fibre broadband account but it's only showing £52!

	Trying to renew my contract but it wont let me so I am now going to miss out on £60.60 cash back. Great as a first timer but a pain to renew

	I started a new Simply Broadband account with TalkTalk on the 19th November, because there was a promised £126.25 cashback and £100 Love2Shop voucher incentive. Since then, the account has gone live but the vouchers have not arrived. In addition to this, the cashback tracked at £96, which is wrong. On contacting TopCashback, they advised the missing £30 would be credited to my account. However the £30 is now showing as pending, but the original £96 is saying ineligible! I am getting seriously angry with having to chase this matter, I just want my money!!

	went to join TalkTalk but luckily before it went live i noticed the estimated speed was a third what i currently get! Speaking to customer services and technical they state the maximum would be half what i currently get yet using the same line! Cancellation period runs out before you go live so no choice but to cancel.

	Broadband isnt as good as the one i had with sky, the main cause was the router they sent switched back to sky router much better.

	On two occasions I have tried to claim cash back from Talk Talk. What a farce. My current claim dates back to November 2013. They are now after nearly a year and a half refusing because the account is closed. Yet it has been paid fully each month since opening. Better off getting a deal from Sky or using FreeSat
