	Awful merchant. The service was terrible. The router did not work and they refused to replace it for several weeks. Hence I had no broadband for that time. I was given £5 for my inconvenience which is laughable. To make things worse, they only paid half the cashback, then said that the referral was from a different source! If that were the case, why pay half as opposed to nothing! They also raised the prices twice this year and had offers for new customers only. The broadband was awful - very frequent disconnections. I did not want to renew and they are trying to charge me a disconnection fee! Absolutely awful. Avoid!

	TalkTalk provide good, fast reliably broadband, free installation was professional done. However TopCashBack refused to pay out! 15 months late and I am still fighting them. Other cashback websites are recommended if you want to buy from talktalk.

	Purchased a new order or phone, tv and broadband with talk talk, using existing line. They have cancelled half of the cashback saying I do not qualify, even though I met all the requirements stated when using cashback. My claim is currently on hold but has been at this stage for some time so I cannot see it changing anytime soon. Really disappointed as I ensured I met all the requirements my end. Top cash back have done well trying to get the cashback but no success.

	Avoid at all costs!! Sky high promises and nothing in return - a classic case of bait-and-switch in action. Cashback tracked at a reduced rate, which never materialised. Cashback declined after a year. Pathetic customer service, clueless about intermittent connection problem with their broadband router (their technical support forum is littered with hundreds of angry customers facing the same problem). TT checked my premises twice and sent a new router, nothing happened to solve the problem. On the positive side, their broadband was really fast when it worked, around 15Mbps DL speed. False promise of cashback, coupled with appalling customer service and notoriously unreliable broadband connection - don't get conned by their cheap price. I will never get Talktalk even if it is offered for free. Their punch line should read: "TalkTalk - we are cheap for a reason".

	this merchant is very unreliable in term of giving cashback. It promised to give £70 initially with love2shop voucher but upon chaising up talktalk firstly refused my eligibility of getting the voucher, and than cashback was only given £3.25 which is ridiculously low. Now it been a year and still talktalk have not comeback about the remaining cashback. It really annoying when companies put cashbacks to attract customers and than gives nothing in real... Talktalk is a reasonable priced company but please don't expect a lot from them in terms of cashback.

	Great experience with switching to Talk Talk, the switch was smooth and easy, router and tv box arrived when stated and super easy to install, service is great, my download speeds have increased 100%, can watch live streaming from Talk Talk internet tv services, surf the net, have various other gadgets connected online all at the same time with no noticable slow down of speed. Cashback was paid out within a month of joining Talk Talk, a very enjoyable experience all in! Well done everyone involved :)

	further to my post on 18th march i received the cash back today and withdrawed proptly. this is the first cash back from talktalk very reliable.if you follow the cash back procedure properly talktalk is not going to cheat on the cash back .thanks

	Have used Talk talk cash back twice now both have tracked according to Topcashback but have not shown in my account still waiting for a response from Talk Talk not happy this has been going on for months.

	Paid in good time and used the cashback they can give to new customers as a bartering tool to get the monthly amount down. Touch wood never had a problem with the line or the internet either so would fully recommend all

	tracked within hours became payable when my new line was activated just waiting for confirmation as their time period is 3 months so 1 more month to go.have had 3 different transactions and they all got paid within a month no trouble at all. if you are following the cookie procedure you will not have a problem with topcash back or talktalk that is my experiance.

	I would never recommend talk talk to any one,customer service is very bad,the internet constantly disconects its self,i had to oped out after 4 months,you couldn't rely on it to stay connected,and I didn't get any cash back and no vouchers either,please don't torcher your self,it was a knightmare,

	Waiting for £63 cashback since August 2013. What I don't understand, is why retailers advertise, promote and and tcb also emphasises a great cashback offer and then the cashback is not honoured. Its such a false way of marketing and neither the retailer or tcb are helping themselves. What I would like to see is tcb vetting retailers more rigorously at their cashback claims before letting lose on offering cashback on the site. The admin of chasing claims costs time and money for the tcb user, tcb and the retailer too!

	I still have not received my cashback have been waiting nearly 12 months for cashback from this merchant I signed up in march 2013 my account says payment pending TALKTALK have yet to pay Topcashback, the admin have been brilliant though trying to get this sorted beware I wouldn't bother with TALKTALKS Internet service but great for a cheap landline.

	Terrible customer service from Talk Talk...they didn't turn up when my account was due to be set up, foreign call centre with staff who hang up on you when you ask them questions you can't answer...the cash back may be good....but talk talk is terrible so it's not worth it.

	Really fast Tracking within 3 hours was in my account pending, sevice was fats all done online. only down side is the live chat didnt work on their site and they offer free set up, i was charged £25 and with the chat broken i wasnt able to tell anyone, but over all happy.

	They paid cashback however they tracked lower than should be.Topcashback customer service helped quite OK. Talk Talk customer service slightly "go away" attitude however price was the best on the market so far + telephone boost for couple quid per month do the job. After all will go back to purchase TV package with hdd recorder which i hope will provide me with even bigger cashback.
