Found that Book People to have excellent customer services. I had cause to phone up as one of the books I had bought had some of the corners turned down, which was a problem as I had intended giving it as a gift. I explained the situation, was given an apology and was issued with a replacement one.

It is so easy to earn cash back with the Book People; you just need to remember to log in to Top Cash Back first. Once you've been redirected to the Book People website you just shop as normal and earn cash back at the same time. :-)
