Were good but now cash back and diiscount codes seem to get refuse for no reason after purchase. An Amazone still often cheaper and has free delivery! TBP you are slipping!

This is the first time I have used The Book People and it certainly won't be my last. As well as offering exceptionally cheap priced books, their service is second to none and to get some cashback too puts the icing on the cake.

I have used this company many times as their books are competetively priced. Unfortunately I have to put in a clain for cashback every single time and delivery takes well over two weeks each time.

Have used the bookpeople many times over the past few years and now to get cashback in addition is a lovely bonus. The customer service is great, I have very rarely needed a replacement for a book damaged in transit which was arranged quickly and efficiently.

Had to return one book as got water damaged when the delivery company left the parcel out in the rain. The company provided a replacement no problem, but the whole order then tracked at zero.
