In my experience they never track purchases until chased. My last claim was rejected as TBP said purchase didn't originate from clicking through from Top Cashback which it did. It's not worth the trouble of using this site for TBP purchases imho.

I ordered books straight through Topcashback and didn't use any other promotion back in September 2013. After numerous nudges, I left a message today to ask for an update. I then received a message saying the cashback had been declined (I was expecting over £13 as it was a large order).
I am very disappointed that feedback took so long, and that the cashback was rejected.
The book people are a great company, however the cashback issue seems to come up quite a lot in reviews!

Given that you may not get the promotional discount you have been offerred via e-mail (15% at hallowe'en), and the fact they only offer 1% cashback to existing customers anyway it doesn't make sense to use tbc if you've got a discount code which is a shame.

My daughter learnt to read using an Oxford Reading Tree set from the Book People. The same scheme they use in our reception class.
40 books for £15.00.
Cheaper than sending her to school (joke).
Seriously though - we bought the Biff, Chip and Kipper boxed set from them and she engaged with them while in pre-school. Highly recommended.
