A good quote for a very decent level of cover, and the cashback tracked reasonably quickly. Their tendency to bombard you with irrelevant emails after you get a quote is annoying, though - it's easy to miss the important ones amongst the junk.

My comments are the same as the last persons. It didnt track, then I made a claim, it was added to my account, then recently it became payable at £0.
Absolutely shocking - the first time ever with TCB and I would have no confidence in going for AA cashback in the future. I am also disappointed with TCB.

Didn't track until i submit a claim. then after a long time, it track at £21, confirmed and suddenly becomes £0 at payable.
Not a nice experience, should have stick with RAC which gave me a problem free cashback for 2 years.

I bought the AA road cover nearly four months ago. was promised just short of £50 cashback - this was the only reason I got the full cover and not just basic as thought i would be able to afford it if i got cash back. I have spoke to TCB twice now and they constantly refer to other peoples reviews. this does not help me and does not show evidence that they are doing anything to help in this matter. not an experience i would recommend to friends - i'd be embarrassed when they experience this. Also this is the 3rd company out of 3 purchases that this has happened therefore non of my purchases have done what they say they will

The transaction didn't initially track so i had to open an enquiry, finally it was confirmed but then it changed from a cashback of £21 to £0! Have had to open another enquiry and am STILL waiting. Purchased on 08/08/10. Don't think i will use this retailer again unless it is a very good deal without relying on the cashback.

website has to be used wholely to collect cashback, but AA site will not accept debit card number, so will have to ring up therefore not wholely using website, what do I do now?

Useless submitted missing claim, it then appeared on my account then zero'd out not once but twice, i am now waiting for topcashback to get the cashback from the AA. I dont hold my breath as it 4 months so far with no sign of my money. Trading standards i think need to be contacted.!!!

This was a fantastic offer whereby I received £21 cashback on a £28 purchase. The transaction was tracked quickly enough but it took 2 months for the cashback to become payable. Was well worth it though.
