The AA are a disgrace, they have turned down a legitimate cashback claim twice now. Be very careful and ready for a disappointment if you purchase from The AA.

very quick to track. its taken a few months but payment for cashback has appeared in my account. worthwhile doing as youre getting the product you want plus the added cashback with just a little patience required. will definitely use again!

Watch this one carefully!!! i opted for the full package including the breakdown cover for parts etc, expecting at least the £50.50 cashback -- no such luck as i took advantage of the pay monthly by direct debit. The only way you will get the full money cashback is to pay for the full amount up front (this is not explained anywhere!!!!! -- if it was i would have not bothered with the full package and instead opted for a cheaper one and got the same amount of cahshback)

Purchased home insurance 7 september, tracked quickly, now confirmed but payment not due until 30 december! I think nearly 4 months' wait is a bit over the top.

purchased £28 cover expecting £19 cashback, wasnt tracked so submitted missing claim, eventually showed £19 on my account overview, then a week later AA cancelled the claim. not happy

After reading about cashback failing to be tracked/paid Iwas unsure wether to buy from the AA but so far so good (dont want to tempt fate though!). Will report on outcome (failure or otherwise) when able. PS Have received cashback from RAC in past with no problems. Hope AA as efficient.

Cashback tracked at £50 in June then when became payable turned to Zero.
Put in Missing Claim in September £50 was put back on account but now it has become payable again November has returned to Zero.
Not a good experience.

Another person with a bad experience with the aa only chose them because
of the excellent amount of cashback they were offering.
Like other user reviews tracked ok to start with then disappeared to 0.00.
Have submitted a query a good few months ago with no joy!
