I have my feet in 2 camps over cashback have had to put in 2 claims this year, 1 for purchase made in January, 1 for May, which paid out recently and January declined with usual other channel nonsense excuse.
Thorntons used to be very reliable, you might understand IF they were a faceless multi-nation, except Thorntons are a proud to be an Independant British Company who rely on those loyal customers who fill their coffers, they should cherish us not cheat us. After all there are other independant confectioners more than willing to reward our loyalty.
