Thorntons are a well known brand to chocolate lovers in the UK and the xmas festive hampers was as expected. I paid £30 for the £60 hamper and even got £4.15 cash back via top cash back. Not only that, one item was crushed and thorntons replaced it very quickly and I was allowed to keep(well, eat) the broken choc santa. Furthermore, I left a link on my fce book account telling my friends about the excellent hamper deal and someone there bought one, but I got her cash back. I am delighted with the entire process.

I Ordered a Chocolate Hamper in November.My heart sank when I opened the box. No packing between lid and contents, Santa was smashed & Reindeer pack split. I rang customer services, explaining problem, they were both concerned and apologetic, they offered replacements. Replacements arrived next day by special delivery and the courier apologised personally for any inconvience caused even though a different courier had delivered the first box. Cashback will be along in a while.

As speedy as Santa's reindeer!! Transaction rapidly confirmed and of course the products are delightful - well packaged and safely delivered very quickly. Thoroughly recommend their service, which is as smooth as...well...chocolate, I guess!!

Fantastic site and fantastic chocolates lol. Create your own box is a fantastic idea. For my brother's 1st wedding anniversary I had one of their wedding pic printed on the box lid with a message on the side, even had the choice to choose the box colour! Looked amazing & they loved it!
