Cashbacked tracket and I got it at 16% so happy with that until the hamper arrived. Contents throw around within box and nearly all ruined, customer services were most unhelpful and I'm left with a box spoiled chocolates.

Tracked and became payable within a couple of days. Only thing was the cashback should have been 16% however only got 10%. 10% is still good though. Hamper arrived really quickly and was beautifully packed in a special box. Definately use again

Product not packed carefully enough, one small chocolate bar was broken and out of it's position. Too late to return as product advent calenders. Bought replacement chocolate bar (not from this merchant) which fortunately fitted the empty space.

Order didn't arrive so telephoned to check it's whereabouts. was assured it would be sent but I recieved other goods. Rang again and was told my order was no longer in stock. They let me keep what had been sent and refunded my money. Good P.R.

Great amount of cashback offered with the bonus of getting 3 for 2 on the goodies I wanted to buy for prezzies. I didn't spend enough to qualify for the free delivery code, but the items were delivered very quickly and were well packaged. Tracked no problem.

Tried the free hamper and the 20% off codes and neither would work. I wonder if the expiry date should be 2010 and not 2070? The error message code expired or incorrect was shown.

Thorntons.com as always gives excellent service and top products. Most excellent site for last minute present shopping. I ordered on a Thursday evening and my parcel (huge, chocolate lovers hamper - yum!) was delivered by courrier on saturday for £4.95. Happy birthday mum!
