Very poor. Only received some cashback after having to chase cashback over several months. Did not receive £70 voucher that was part of deal. Not a good experience.

Bought a broadband package via TCB's very own Broadband Comparison and it didn't track. Even though they have all the evidence of sale, I'm still waiting for the claim to be 'submitted' 2 months down the line. Not impressed.
