	Very poor. Booked holiday Sept 10, Didn't track and has now been declined bt Thomson with no reason given. Will not use again.

	tracked & paid quick for me shame the holiday wasnt as good seems to be a growing number of obsticles to make a complaint i.e. premium rate phone numbers come on thomson pull yer socks up

	Still hasnt tracked, very disappointing. This site lets down TCB as everything esle Ive done has tracked without a problem. I dont like to keep nudging, but looks like I will have to with this one!

	Booked holiday on 31st October, took holiday in November, payment available 29th November. It is quite a low cashback value considering the price paid, however, our holiday was booked based on holiday price not cashback value. Any cashback is a bonus.

	Booked with Thomson in July 2009 and expected to receive £15 cashback - still waiting and judging by the other comments posted this is not unusual. Extremely disappointed by Thomson's failure to pay the cashback.

	Failed to track. Manual claim has been put in, although unlikely to pursue as too much info required to make claim and being a holiday, security issues arise.

	Cashback didn`t track, have put manual claim forward, but probably not "push" the claim; as too much detail required and security issues arise. Annoying part I paid full balance of holiday early.

	Just got my cashback from my holiday in July. Didn't track at first then was offered a lower amount but held out and finally got my £15 as promised. Thanks to topcashback once again for chasing this transaction!

	Getting only £15 for spending over £2k is a bit mean. It also did not track automatically and had to chase two or three times. Finally after 2 or 3 months popped up as immediately payable.

	Din ot track automaticaal. Has to send a missing caskback claim. Transaction has now tracked. Keeping my fingers crossed that it goes all the way. (Must say though £15 is a bit stingy when spending over £3000.)
