	Booked with Thomsons in January 09, cashback untracked and still chasing them. I have just booked with them again and hope that this time the cashback will be honoured. Great holidays but disappointing cashback experience!

	Initially failed to track. Submitted a missing transaction report and showed up within 2 weeks in my pending. All in all, no complaints.

	Bad experience;did not track,put in a manual claim,took ages to respond to and when done so Thomson decided that they were not going to pay. I filled in the enquiry form with booking reference and my name etc but apparently this was insufficient! .Hopefully the claim will be resubmitted. As a special promotional offer Thomson was offering 15% comission which would have made my cashback substantially higher than normal;forgive me for being just a little bit suspicious. The holiday has been paid for and taken,the tan is fading and so is my confidence with this company.

	Booked accomoadation for 2600 pounds, Thomson were giving a 15% discount (398 pounds), which was paid within 8 weeks, excellent. I note their discount has fallen to 15 pounds per accommoadtion booking now.
