Booked at end of Dec 09, cashback not tracked. Still awaiting a response from Thomson despite several nudges. Not hopeful, although I have to say the TCB chasers are usually very good and get there in the end.

Not impressed with Thomson Holidays. Transaction date 16/2/09. Missing cashback claim submitted 14/3/09. Several nudges since but expected £15 cashback never received.

Thomson do not provide cheap holidays and I use them regularly as they do give good value and service. Getting some cashback was a bonus and will help pay the cost of airport car parking which is unavoidable.

Booked and paid for holiday in September, still no tracking despite several reminders - although the cashback is only £15 I am distinctly unimpressed - as a result I wont be using Thomson holidays again.

We've booked two Thomson holidays in the last 6 months and NOT received a penny in cashback despite constantly chasing it. Last requests by Topcashback made in November 2009 and it's now Jan 2010 and still heard nothing. Typical of Thomsons - they like to take your money but don't like corresponding with you if something goes wrong. Arrogant company.

Booked a holiday in July 2009 to Port Aventura, Salou, Spain. On arrival at the hotel there was no record of our booking, despite having been transferred from the airport by Thomson's coach! Very disappointing start to the holiday which took several hours of our time and money to sort out as the hotel did nothing.
