	I sent in a general support ticket as 100 days had passed. Very prompt action and cash back has been reinstated and payable. Appears they discovered a problem and have rectified.

	Purchased tyres in November, all tracked fine, but went to payable at £0.00. Now its greater than 100 days, so TCB will not help. Nothing wrong with ordering and the service aspect, also good prices from Tyre shopper but cash back no use at all as track back ammount changed to £0.00.

	Rubbish. Confirmed transaction, would not pay after waiting 4 months and gave no reason. As claim took over 100 days topcashback would not help either!!! Cashback was the only difference in price compared to usual garage so what a waste of time

	SCAM - same as others tracked , confirmed then after 100 days refused. Use another merchant - at least you might get some cashback !

	Tyre Shopper appear to be playing the system. Same experience as other people on here. 1. The cashback tracks and is shown as pending. 2. The cashback shows as confirmed. 3. NOW HERE'S THE TRICK.... It then goes to £0 when moved to payable, this will happen after the 100 day missing payment deadline.... So that no missing claim can be made. SCAM... Won't use this company in the future, they should be removed from the top cashback site. AVOID

	Saved money on four tyres but the dates on them were quite old (over 6 months). There were also three different dates on the tyres. Cashback was confirmed then declined for no reason. I didn't use a discount code or return order so have no ide why this happened. TopCashback give the option to submit a claim but I can't because the transaction is now over 100 days old. If you make a useful saving then this merchant is still worth a look. However, as things stand, I will be going back to BlackCircles for my next tyres as they don't supply old tyres, more reliable cashback, and not much difference in price.

	Like many other, my purchase tracked cashback without a problem at £15 on 19th Oct 11. Then, for no reason on 23rd Feb 12, having moved from tracked to confirmed, it then went to payable but a £0. No obvious reason for this. The tyres have been paid for and fitted. Some users are suggesting this is a scam. Until I hear back from TopCashBack and this issue has been resolved, I would tread carefully - perhaps use a different merchant. I'm very disappointed!

	Like the last two comments, I've had a 'confirmed' amount of cashback for ages from this merchant but today suddenly it went down to '0' with a blue exclamation icon next to it... Is there anything we can do?!

	as per Geekoe below, what a farce. I've used them before (not through TCB) and found them to be fine but they seem to be scam artists regarding cashback - I ordered on the 29th October, got the tyres fitted a day or two later, now this morning after waiting nearly 4 months the "confirmed" amount of £14.67 has moved to £0 in the payable column and there are no specific reasons given as to why they've randomly decided it's not payable. As far as I can tell, they do this when they think you've only had a quote and not bought, but I can prove that I bought and had them fitted! I have a general support enquiry lodged with TCB to see if we can resolve this idiocy, as purchases made over 100 days ago cannot be resolved with a missing cashback claim (why not?) so this will be a good test of TCB and their customer service...

	Thought I would score double bubble here, by using cashback site and a voucher code. Didnt realise I would qualify for lower cashback value when using voucher code. Rookie mistake I guess, but not really clear you cant use both. Still got a guarenteed £19 off and if I had just used cashback and it got paid I would have got £20 so all is equal.

	Terrible! Dont use these people. Scam artists. The product is fine (as they only act as a middle man to other outlets) The cashback tracking is not a problem, but when it come time to pay up, they cancel your cashback. What a complete scam!! I wouldn't bother counting on any cashback they might show tracking on your account as it wont be there by the time it come for them to pay up. They should be removed from Topcashback!

	Very first time I have used online shopping for tyres. I can honestly state I was not disappointed with the savings I had made, never mind the additional cash back! Web site is very simple to use, chose the tyres, a fitting date and within 18 hours I had my new tyres fitted. I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending Tyre-shopper to my family and friends.

	Not the first time I have used Tyre Shopper but the first through Topcashback. Tyre Shopper itself involves ordering your tyres online (very easy) and arranging a date 2 -3 days in the future to have your tyres fitted at (in my case at least)yourlocal Nationwide Tyres, at a cheaper price than Nationwide actually can do it themselves! Don't ask how it works, it just does! The order was tracked quickly and became payable in just under 3 months, so not great but better late than never.
