My Experiance with TopcashBack was not very good with Tyreshopper as PayPall held my money for 2 weeks, so had to pay for the tyres I had ordered again via card, as I had get them to go on Holiday.
The company Tyreshopper were fantastic in helping sort out all the problems and would definitly use them again, The customer service was one of the best that I have come across.

Good service and easy transaction although a little dissappointed to find the cashback recieved had halved when I used a promotional code during the final payment process.

I needed 2 budget tyres and considered Black Circles and this retailer. Tyre Shopper was slightly cheaper on this occasion and the big advantage was (and I've used Black Circles before) that you can have the tyres fitted at a more convenient place - National Tyres in my case. Black Circles tend to send you to an obscure somewhat out of the way place to have them fitted. I had a good experience with Tyre Shopper - and the cashback rate is better.

Cashback tracked quickly - although the tyres I'd ordered were out of stock. Was offered a genuinely better tyre for the same price so that's great customer service (and a great deal) in my book!

Tyre Shopper had excellent prices on the Michelin tyres I wanted, and ordering was very easy. However, they don't have as many fitting centres as other tyre sellers. When I had my tyres fitted they forgot to tighten the bolts on one of the wheels - luckily I stopped because of the strange noise and tightened them myself but obviously the consequences of the wheel falling off at 70mph would have been terrible. I complained to Tyre Shopper but didn't get so much as an apology.

Tracked a couple of hours after transaction. Had tyres fitted at National Tyres excellent service and good price (inc, tyre guarantee). Used previously and got the cashback. Look forward to payment. Recommended.

I was sceptical but admit VERY impressed with ease of purchase, booking and service provided. There was a last minute hitch (downside) But VERY well dealt with by customer services, no delay to me and got a superior prouct for same price as compensation!
Would recommend.

initially tracked correctly and quickly but now 3 weeks after having the tyres fitted my cashback has been confirmed but replaced with zero! not amused, wont be using these rip off merchants again. there was no reason at all to decline my cashback. in future i shall use black circle tyres.
